BEHAVIOUR TRAINING for EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

We believe that fundamentally, there are three areas where the student has to excel when it comes to preparing for the employment selection process. These areas directly affect their employability and recruiters will assess the capability of the candidate in these three areas. There may be other specific tests depending on the nature of the job and the policies of the recruiter but the main areas are:

1) Self-confidence and other behavioural aspects

2) Communication and self-presentation and

3) Knowledge - both technical knowledge and general knowledge

Transforminds specializes in the former two and our behaviour training program will focus on them, namely – the behavioural traits of the students and their overall communication ability (not language). As for the third, we believe that technical knowledge is best imparted by the educational institution as part of the curriculum while general knowledge has to be developed by the student through various media and also by one’s own study.
