At Transforminds, we have successfully trained hundreds of students for the selection process. The key difference in our placement training is the individual attention that we give to each participant.

Our program addresses not only the external aspects like communication, body-language and self-presentation but also the inner behavioural aspects that are necessary for success on the job. Participants are also given hands-on training in preparing their bio-data as well as in facing group discussions and the job interview. Mock interviews are conducted with video analysis and the video recordings returned to the participants for further development.

At present, we undertake placement training programs in Kerala in conjunction with educational institutions including other training institutes.
