Prof. P R. Poduval

Prof. Poduval is a well-known academician, author, trainer and consultant with a Masters in Psychology, an International Teacher’s Program in Management from Harvard University and Ph.D. (H.C.) in Educational Services from the USA. He has excelled in multiple capacities and has been a leading light to many organizations. Among others, he was the Director of The School of Management Studies and also Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, Cochin University of Science and Technology. Currently he holds this position of Dean for the second time. He was also the Founder Director of the Kerala Institute of Labour and Employment, Director of Guruvayoorappan Institute of Management and Founder Dean of Bhavan’s Royal Institute of Management.

 Ajith Sojan

Ajith is an MBA with 14 years of corporate exposure across multiple industries. He has excelled in diverse environments and cultures and has worked with the Consumer Electronics, Telecom and Financial Services industries. His last stint was with the HSBC group and was responsible for various functions, the final one being the charge of its Non-Banking Financial Services business in Kerala.
